Your customer comes back — and gets a reward

Unemi moves the loyalty card into your customer's phone. What counts as a visit and what you give for it is up to you; making it work at the counter in one second is up to us.

The customer app is coming to the App Store and Google Play

How it works

1

The customer shows a code

Your card and a one-time QR live in the app. No connection on their side — they read out the six digits under the code.

2

Your staff scans it

The app runs on any phone: sign in with a venue code and a PIN, a stamp takes a second. No plastic, no key fobs.

3

The reward arrives on its own

Card filled — the customer gets a notification, and your staff redeems the reward with the same scanner. The same reward can't be given twice.

You set the rules

We don't decide what you reward or why. Everything that affects the economics is yours to configure:

Stamps until the reward

From one, with no upper limit. Want a short cycle — set three; want a long one — set ten.

What the reward is

Any wording: a product, a service, a discount, something of your own. The customer sees it on the card before they start collecting.

Protection from gaming

A pause between stamps, a daily limit per card and an expiry for the reward. Your staff can't work around these.

Several programs at once

Different offers — different cards for the same customer. They choose which one to show.

What makes it different

One mechanic, not a suite

Elsewhere loyalty is the seventh feature of a big CRM. We only do loyalty, so a business goes live in a single visit.

No POS, no integrations

A staff phone is enough. No point-of-sale system, no terminal, no cables and no integration invoice.

You see who came back

The owner's dashboard shows stamps and rewards by day, peak hours, the share of customers who returned, and a CSV export.

Joining is free

The integration costs nothing: setup, the apps, the dashboard and staff training are free.
